Dress Code
This is simple - there isn't one. We'll be dressed up in fancy stuff because we're taking pictures, but you don't need to be. Just dress comfortably with the ability to add a layer should you want to spend a little time outside. We are planning for a campfire later in the evening. You can be dressed as nice as you'd like, but we won't frown on you if you're in jeans.
Checking In
If you're spending the night at the ranch, you can check in starting at 2pm. Just FYI - you might not be in the cabin you iniitally picked when you RSVP'd, but if you told us you were staying, we've got a place for you.
The Ceremony
The wedding ceremony itself will begin at 4pm, which will hopefully be outside as long as the weather holds. The temperature is supposed to be around 60-65ºF at that time. If the weather turns sour, we'll just move inside and do everything there.
Immediately after the ceremony ends, we'd like to take a big group picture with EVERYONE in it, so don't leave your seats right away.
Then please help yourself to the bar and some appetizers while we run off and take a few pictures. Make yourself comfortable and meet the ones you don't know. Everyone coming knows at least a few others.
Here's a quick timeline for your planning pleasure:
Saturday 11/6
4pm Wedding Ceremony starts
4:30-5:30ish - Cocktail Hour while we go take some pictures
5:30-7:00ish - Italian Dinner Buffet (vegetarian options available)
7:00-'til - Dancing and games and fun and stuff
8:30ish - Campfire
10pm - Bar closes
Sunday 11/7
7-9am - Breakfast
10am - Checkout

Family owned and operated since 1946, Sylvan Dale is located in the foothills west of Loveland, Colorado. An easy drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Cabins are provided for all those that would like to stay, at no cost to you. Let us know in the RSVP how many will be staying the night.
There are enough cabins that all invited can stay the night if they wish. Breakfast is even included on Sunday morning if you stay!

Dinner is a catered Italian buffet, with vegetarian options included.
Tea, soft drinks, and water are available, as well as an open bar. Enjoy!
Wedding cupcakes are from Buttercream Cupcakery and we will only have nut-free cupcakes.
